Q1: Who plays Foggy Nelson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
A1: Foggy Nelson is portrayed by American actor Elden Henson, who originated the role in the 2015 Netflix series Marvel's Daredevil and reprised it across The Defenders and Disney Plus productions.
Q2: Does Foggy Nelson die in Daredevil: Born Again?
A2: Public statements from Charlie Cox confirmed a heartbreaking fate occurs involving the character, setting the show's dark tone. However, comic precedents and filming confirmations suggest the situation may involve witness protection or key narrative twists rather than a simple permanent exit.
Q3: Is Elden Henson returning for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2?
A3: Yes. Major industry publications, including Entertainment Weekly and Collider, officially confirmed that Elden Henson will return for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again.
Q4: Why was Elden Henson originally left out of the Disney Plus series?
A4: The initial creative team under Matt Corman and Chris Ord envisioned a legal procedural that focused primarily on courtroom drama without relying on the Netflix continuity. That concept was scrapped during the 2023 studio overhaul to bring back core characters.
