Godfrey's on-screen resume reflects the hustle of an uncompromised character actor. Mainstream audiences often recognize him from his role as the janitor in Ben Stiller’s comedy classic Zoolander (2001) or his turn as the co-pilot in Soul Plane (2004). On prestige television, he made memorable appearances in FX’s Louie and NBC’s 30 Rock, where he played Rick, the sanitation worker who challenges Jack Donaghy.
In voice acting, he delivered a memorable performance as Kofi Pizza in Cartoon Network's critically acclaimed Steven Universe. On the reality and unscripted side, he hosted Fox’s adrenaline game show Bullseye and served as a frequent cultural commentator on VH1’s I Love the... franchise.
Financial platforms like Celebrity Net Worth evaluate Godfrey's net worth in the $3 million to $4 million bracket. That wealth was not produced by a single massive studio syndication deal. It is the hard-earned product of:
- Year-round headlining weekends at comedy clubs worldwide.
- Decades of union-backed residuals across film, cable, and streaming.
- National commercial campaigns, including his run as the spokesperson for 7 Up.
- Digital ad monetization and live tour ticket revenues from self-produced podcast properties.
The 3Point0 Labs agreement offers a new pathway: equity and licensing in international media rights, expanding his earning power well beyond ticket sales.
