Tech titan Elon Musk operates on a demographic philosophy of his own, frequently arguing that declining birth rates threaten human civilization. He has put those ideas into practice, fathering at least 12 children across three high-profile relationships.

Musk's oldest surviving children are with Canadian author Justine Wilson. After the tragic loss of their firstborn, Nevada Alexander, to SIDS in 2002, the former couple welcomed twins Griffin and Vivian in 2004. Both are now 22 years old. They were followed by triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian in 2006, who celebrate their 20th birthdays in 2026.

A decade-long gap followed before Musk expanded his family with musician Grimes (Claire Boucher). The pair welcomed son X Æ A-Xii in May 2020, making him 5 years old. Daughter Exa Dark Sideræl arrived via surrogate in December 2021 and is now 4 years old, followed by son Techno Mechanicus in mid-2022, currently 3 years old.
