Workplace fatigue peaks by Thursday afternoon. By that point, knowledge workers have spent four consecutive days triaging correspondence, managing sprints, and navigating meetings. The brain seeks psychological relief, projecting forward toward social commitments and personal rest.
Colloquially known as "Friday eve," Thursday carries a distinct mental weight.
