Non-members purchasing identical items remain locked into final sale terms with zero recourse.
Certain items remain entirely non-returnable regardless of membership standing. Undergarments, headwear, socks, water bottles, and gift cards stay strictly final sale for hygiene and fraud prevention reasons. Altered garments, such as leggings run through the brand's complimentary in-store hemming program, are also ineligible for returns or store credit.
