Disabling profile visits prevents casual notifications, but dedicated TikTok Stalking Prevention requires layered account configurations. If an individual repeatedly monitors your public identity, turning off profile history does not stop them from seeing your public posts, liked videos, or comment histories.
To establish comprehensive isolation, enable the Private Account Toggle under your primary Privacy tab. This forces every potential follower through an approval queue and bars external search engines from indexing your clips. Turn off Suggest your account to others to sever contacts synced via your phonebook or mutual Facebook graphs.
If a specific user presents an active harassment concern, soft privacy toggles are insufficient. Tap the share arrow on their profile, select Block, and confirm. Blocking severs all direct messages, profile visibility, and comment threads. The blocked party will not receive a notification, but your account will register as non-existent to their searches.
