The closure of a physical building did not extinguish the charitable initiatives started by its members. Outreach efforts in Baton Rouge continue through volunteer networks that operate without central church branding. Members regularly participate in local food distribution, assist neighborhood shelters, and support crisis pregnancy programs across southern Louisiana.
In many ways, this informal structure matches the original Wimber ethos: doing ministry in the marketplace rather than within church walls. Former members maintain active prayer groups in neighborhood living rooms, visiting sick neighbors and providing community support quietly. The organization simplified, but its underlying missional intent survived.
