Rather than enjoying a jet-set youth abroad, Irfani grew up within the structured discipline of the Pakistani armed forces. His father served as an officer in the Pakistan Army, meaning his childhood was defined by routine reassignments across garrison cities, including Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Lahore. This upbringing gave him an adaptable perspective and grounded values early on.
Before ever stepping in front of a studio camera, Irfani's primary goal was athletics. He spent his teenage years pursuing competitive cricket, playing as a dedicated fast bowler and dreaming of representing Pakistan at the national level. However, severe back injuries derailed his sporting ambitions during college. The sudden end of his athletic dreams forced him to pivot toward higher education and corporate marketing in Lahore, where scouts spotted him and convinced him to try runway modeling.
